I don’t like green tea alone either, so I will use a bag of spearmint tea as well …. I put both in a cup.. add hot water and a small squeeze of RAW honey to flavor …steep … and there you go!! Its great!! AND spearmint is also said to be beneficial for acne )

Drink Matcha Green Tea. I took Accutane for 7 months and just got off it in the begining of September. I started drinking Matcha a week and a half ago and it has done amazing things! It is cleansing my body from the inside-out so right now I have a few pimples that I found on my body and only 1 on my face. Drink it. Its better than regular loose-tea-leaf green tea!

&+ it has honey && jinsenq? (not sure what thatt is, apperantly its qood for you)
also wash your face with oatmeal it in morninq && niqht after your cleanser && it takes away rednesss && leaves skin extremly soft(:
try addiinq some apple cider vineqar to qreen it, it takes away scarinq (orqanic apple cider is better :p) qood luck.! xD

I had always suffer from acne, but once I started going to college my skin broke out everywhere… It really made my self-esteem low, and made had less confidence in myself….I really would like to have clear skin for once….
