@xXkillerofl0veXx Braggs apple cider vinegar is the brand that I like most… try the secret acne cleanse out and try the recommendations in some of my videos and program… You can cure your acne naturally without the side effects of medications. And have your mom watch my videos to understand what you are learning so that she doesn’t keep pressuring you.

About the apple sider vinegar can I just use any brand or is there an specific brand or type to use? My mom wants me to take pills but I feel as if there’s to many cases that have really bad side effects .. I just want clear skin the safe way no matter how slow it takes :/

@imawsmexy Depends on what you are using it for… the aztec clay is better for tightening pores and the dead sea mud is great for exfoliating and pulling things out of the pores. So they both have their own use.

  • imawsmexy

whats better aztec clay or dead sea mud?

  • acneerasingsecrets

@andrewdgreen yeah, I am really not sure why it say’s that but I’ve used it on my face before… it’s pretty strong and can sting sorta b/c it really cleanses the skin but I still use it. A mix is actually a good idea, if it mixes well… never really thought of that.

  • andrewdgreen

I got the dead sea mud, but the packaging/instructions say not for facial use..
ive used it 50/50 with bentonite, but do you think its safe neat?!

  • ItOffishul

@Teenscenequeen98 sounds like you could be stressed try meditation/yoga and just thinking positively and being goal oriented

@NewWorldCali95 It’s your choice, I personally wouldn’t just b/c there is no nutrition in any theme park food that i’ve seen.

  • NewWorldCali95

lol arite because im goin to knotts today and i kno im going to eat theme park food so thanks

  • acneerasingsecrets

@NewWorldCali95 Don’t eat and drink everything there is at the amusement park! lol… If you do have something with sugar/dye’s etc… Just limit it and don’t overdo it. Just have a little bit, the less the better overall.

  • NewWorldCali95

hi david what if im eating a good diet but one day i go to an amusement park and eat and drink everything there is?

  • acneerasingsecrets

@InvaderChowderIsland Yeah, it can… I would just recommend washing your face with just water and possibly some cool water for a bit. Then don’t use anything on it for the day and it should heal fine.

  • InvaderChowderIsland

Hey David! I was wondering if the aztec clay could possibly leave red marks on your skin if left on too long because i accidentally fell asleep with it on last night and when I washed it off this morning I had red marks on my face..?

@Teenscenequeen98 The olive oil could just be cleansing & detoxing your body as well as giving you good omega fats that you have been deficient in. You also could be lacking probiotics in your diet too… Try getting some kim-chi & sauerkraut in your diet!

I eat really healthy, like 10 different fruits and veg a day and I drink 11 glasses of water per day, just use olive oil for cooking and I don’t eat carbs (not allowed eat them) I get 9 hours of sleep per day, I do 1 hour of aerobics everyday plus 80 mins of walking back and forth to school and stuff yet I still have acne :/ I tried olive oil but it made me break out for some reason, I dunno any tips?

  • ChicaLoo37

yay I was so glad when you said the garlic thing because I’m Italian and I eat garlic on everything!

  • acneerasingsecrets

@andrewdgreen sorry man! forgot about that, I recommend going to your local health food store to shop for things that are similar.

  • andrewdgreen

Just emailed them, they don’t ship to the UK…

  • acneerasingsecrets

@andrewdgreen I do recommend acne facial day cream… search for “acne facial day cream review” on youtube and you will see the video and product (with link in description) that i’m talking about. Also, I recommend some other things in the “recommended acne treatment skin care products” video.

  • acneerasingsecrets

@InvaderChowderIsland I don’t think you can get it in stores, at least I haven’t seen it in stores.

  • InvaderChowderIsland

Can you buy the aztec clay in stores or does it have to be shipped?
